DASA Plans, Programs & Resources (SAAL-ZR)

SAAL-ZR is where ASAALT money decisions are made. It owns the acquisition executive’s side of the planning, programming, budgeting and execution process, and it allocates resources across the Army acquisition portfolio. Programming decisions made here determine which programs are funded in the Army’s budget request years before contracts are awarded.

Part of ASAALT. Owns ASA(ALT)-side PPBE engagement, programming decisions, and resource allocation.
