Space Systems Command

Space Systems Command is the Space Force field command that buys space. It develops, acquires, fields, and sustains the service’s satellites, ground systems, and launch capability, covering missile warning, satellite communications, positioning and navigation, and space domain awareness. Most Space Force procurement dollars flow through SSC and its subordinate program executive offices.
