FAR 22.1023 — Termination for default

As provided by the Service Contract Labor Standards statute, any contractor failure to comply with the requirements of the contract clauses related to the Service Contract Labor Standards statute may be grounds for termination for default (see paragraph (k) of the clause at FAR 52.222-41, Service Contract Labor Standards).
