FAR 25.702-3 — Remedies

Upon the determination of a false certification under subsection FAR 25.702-2—
(a)
(a) The contracting officer may terminate the contract;
(b)
(b) The suspending and debarring official may suspend the contractor in accordance with the procedures in FAR Subpart 9.4; and
(c)
(c) The suspending and debarring official may debar the contractor for a period not to exceed 3 years in accordance with the procedures in subpart 9.4.
