FAR 32.1008 — Suspension or reduction of performance-based payments

The contracting officer shall apply the policy and procedures in paragraphs (a), (b), (c), and (e) of FAR 32.503-6, Suspension or reduction of payments, whenever exercising the Government’s rights to suspend or reduce performance-based payments in accordance with paragraph (e) of the clause at FAR 52.232-32, Performance-Based Payments.
