DASA Procurement (SAAL-ZP)

SAAL-ZP is the Army’s senior procurement policy office. It sets contracting policy, provides procurement oversight, and owns the contracting workforce. It is the policy counterpart to Army_Contracting_Command, which executes the contracts.
