USSOCOM SOF AT L

SOF AT&L is the USSOCOM acquisition organization, headed by the command’s acquisition executive. Under Title 10 U.S.C. 167 it develops and buys SOF-peculiar equipment on its own authority, running its own contracting divisions and program executive offices instead of going through the military departments.
