Mission
Direct, synchronize, and coordinate cyberspace planning and operations
USCYBERCOM is established by 10 U.S.C. § 167b as the unified combatant command for cyber operations, making it one of only two combatant commands with its own establishing section rather than a bare designation in the Unified_Command_Plan, and its commander’s authority, direction and control over assigned forces comes from 10 U.S.C. § 164(c), as mapped at Title_10_Structure.
